Refund policy

Our 60-day money-back guarantee If Vello Co isn't right for you, email contact.velloco@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you. For hygiene reasons you do not need to return a used tool — keep it, and we'll refund your order. This guarantee applies to one refund per customer.

Unused items If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 60 days for a refund. Email us first and we'll provide the return address. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Your legal right to cancel (UK) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for a refund. Because our products are personal-care items, for hygiene reasons items that have been unsealed or used may fall outside the standard cooling-off return — however, our 60-day guarantee above is more generous and covers you regardless. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email contact.velloco@gmail.com with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery costs you paid, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How refunds are issued Refunds are made to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days of us confirming your request.
