About these terms These terms apply to your use of velloco.co.uk and any order you place. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.

Our products Vello Co sells cosmetic scalp-cleansing tools for external use. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them; minor variation may occur. Our products are cosmetic wash-day tools — they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any scalp condition, including dandruff or hair loss.

Orders and pricing Prices are shown in GBP. (We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.) We may correct obvious pricing errors. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

Payment Payment is taken securely at checkout via Shopify Payments and the wallet/payment methods shown.

Delivery, returns and guarantee Please see our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Safe use and liability Use our products only as directed, externally, on unbroken skin. Stop if you experience pain, catching or excessive pulling, and seek professional advice for persistent scalp symptoms. We are not liable for misuse. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, including for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
